After hours:
To check your voice-mail inbox from an remote location (e.g. cell phone, home, etc) simply call the church office, when the auto attendant answers and you hear the welcome message press ** then enter your mail box number (same as your extension), password and #. At that point you will have access to your mailbox just as if were sitting at your desk.

2. When the automatic attendant answers and you hear the welcome message press **
3. Enter you mailbox number (your extension), your password and press #
4. When finished hang up.

If you would like to check your messages during the day:
1. Call the church office
2. Ask whoever answers to transfer you to your voicemail
3. When you hear the welcome message press **
4. Enter you mailbox number (your extension), your password and press #
5. When finished hang up.
